Deployment. Two single-tenant models are available today: Reign Dedicated, a dedicated instance hosted and operated by iTmethods, or the same instance in the customer’s own AWS or Azure account. This is what iTmethods holds, and the scope it covers.
iTmethods holds a SOC 2 Type II attestation for Reign Ops. The report, scope and period are available under non-disclosure. Reign Factory and Reign Gateway run on the same infrastructure as Reign Ops, and are operated by the same operations team under the same processes. The SOC 2 Type II scope is being updated to include them.
The process, the standard pack and the route to ask are on security and trust. The report itself is released under non-disclosure, with its scope and its period.
