The privacy policy sets out who the controller is, what categories of personal information are collected and how they arrive, why each category is processed and on what lawful basis, who the information is shared with including the sub-processor list, where it is stored and what covers a transfer across a border, how long it is kept, what rights a person holds in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom and Canada, how cookies and similar technologies are used, and how a change to the policy is notified.

The terms of service cover acceptance, the services described, eligibility, accounts and registration, acceptable use, intellectual property, confidentiality, third party services, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law and jurisdiction, how the terms are modified, severability, and what makes up the entire agreement. Nothing on this site varies or replaces an executed agreement. Where an executed agreement exists, that agreement is the document that governs.

The target
The target for this site and for the product interfaces is WCAG 2.1 AA. That covers keyboard operation without a pointing device, visible focus, color contrast, text alternatives for meaningful images, sensible heading structure and content that remains usable when text is enlarged or when a screen reader is in use.
Reporting a barrier
If something on this site or in a product interface prevents you from completing a task, write to reign@itmethods.com with the page or screen, what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and the browser and assistive technology you were using. A report is read by a person and assigned to whoever owns that interface. Where a fix will take time, we will describe an alternative route to the same task.
What is still to come
A formal accessibility statement is to be published. It will record the conformance position, the known exceptions, the date of the most recent assessment and how the assessment was carried out. Until it is published, this section states the target and the reporting route and claims nothing further.
