Previously, he founded Arqana Technologies, which he grew to greater than $70M in revenue before its acquisition by TELUS (NYSE:TU) in 2001.

At Ontario's Independent Electricity System Operator, he served as Chief Audit Executive and led the Smart Metering Entity, supporting 70 utilities and five million customers while processing more than 100 million transactions daily. He focuses on turning consequential AI-enabled work into outcomes leaders can trust.

Leads revenue at iTmethods. Held senior leadership roles at AWS, including World Wide Go-To-Market Leader and Country Manager for Partner Sales and Development, and spent 13 years at Microsoft in enterprise sales and partner leadership. Previously Chief Revenue Officer at Carbon60. Deep experience building enterprise sales and partner organizations across cloud, SaaS, agentic AI, and infrastructure.

Virgil Iordan

Vice President, Engineering

Virgil Iordan is Vice President of Engineering at iTmethods, where he leads the design, delivery, and operation of the company’s core platforms: Reign, the AI governance and assurance layer, and Forge, the managed substrate. He builds high-leverage engineering teams that use agentic AI to deliver fully governed production systems at scale. His focus is on creating production-grade platforms that meet the reliability, security, and auditability requirements of regulated enterprise customers.

With more than 20 years at iTmethods, he partners with customers to translate complex regulatory, security, and operational requirements into practical, production-ready solutions. His focus is helping institutions adopt AI agents and governed software delivery while maintaining control, accountability, and confidence in the outcome.
