It is maintained under the governance of the Fintech Open Source Foundation (FINOS), a part of the Linux Foundation. Fluxnova provides BPMN 2.0 and DMN orchestration with full Camunda 7 compatibility and zero licensing cost.

Yes. Fluxnova maintains full backward compatibility with Camunda 7 BPMN 2.0 and DMN models. The Founding Design Partner Program selects up to five regulated institutions to co-develop the Managed Fluxnova offering. Design Partners receive direct influence on the product roadmap, a dedicated Forward Deployed Engineering team, early access to Reign AI governance features, FINOS community co-development visibility, and preferred pricing locked for the partnership duration.
A typical migration follows the Assess-Deploy-Manage model and reaches production in approximately 90 days. The Assess phase (2–3 weeks) audits your Camunda 7 estate and produces a migration plan. The Deploy phase (6–8 weeks) runs the migration utility, validates models, and configures Reign governance. Managed operations begin immediately after.
