Reign Platform. The runtime control plane for Enterprise AI.

Entry tier of the Reign subscription. Pre-action assurance, by construction, the day your first agent goes to production.

Reign Platform is where Continuous Operational Assurance for Enterprise AI begins. It is the runtime control plane that answers the first of the two assurance questions, before an agent or model takes an action, was the action allowed. Every prompt, every tool call, every agent decision is intercepted at the gateway, evaluated against policy, and committed to a tamper-evident record. This is the tier where the ninety-day design-partner pilot lives.

What is included at this tier

Five control surfaces. One runtime plane.

Each surface is a component of the Spine, surfaced at the Platform tier. Read each one as a discrete control surface with its own deployment topology and operator view.

    Platform surface

    Pre-action assurance at the gateway

Reign Platform installs the policy enforcement point on the path every model call and every agent action travels through. Prompts are inspected, tool calls are gated against an allow-list, identity and purpose are bound to the call before the model responds. This is the answer to the first of the two assurance questions. Before an action runs, was it allowed by the policy your governance committee approved. The decision is logged, hashed, and surfaced to the operator console in real time.

    Tamper-evident audit ledger (CAVR)

Every call the gateway sees becomes a record in the Continuous Audit, Validation, and Reporting ledger. Hash-chained, replayable, attestor-neutral. The ledger is the evidence corpus the higher tiers build on. At the Platform tier, the customer already has the substrate that downstream assurance packs, board reports, and regulator submissions assemble from. Evidence is produced by construction, not reconstructed retrospectively.

Model and agent inventory under one control plane

Reign Platform brings every model, every agent, every MCP tool, and every workflow under a single operating context. Inventory is discovered at the call layer rather than maintained by hand in a spreadsheet. Drift between what the inventory says and what is actually running in production closes. The control plane becomes the source of truth that risk, audit, and the operator share, instead of the three of them maintaining separate views.

    Sovereign deployment inside your environment

Reign Platform deploys inside your VPC, your tenant, your enclave. Open architecture, no vendor lock-in on the model layer, no data egress to the governance plane. This is the sovereign half of the operating model. Customers in banking, capital markets, life sciences, and defense keep control of the substrate the governance plane runs on. Open, sovereign, bespoke is the operating commitment, and at Platform it shows up as deployment topology.

Operator console for the runtime team

A single console for the team running Enterprise AI in production. Real-time policy verdicts, the live call stream, drift alerts surfaced from the validation harness, an incident view that joins all three. This is the surface the day-to-day operator works from. It is also the surface that hands off to assurance work when the customer steps up to Reign Assurance, the same evidence, presented to a different audience.

The maturity stage this tier answers to

The tier where the enterprise moves its first agent into a high-risk workflow with the runtime evidence to defend it.

The three subscription tiers are maturity stages, not packaging options. Each tier answers a different executive question, sequenced from first agent in production to scaled adaptive assurance across the portfolio.

At this stage, the enterprise has AI in production or about to be, often spread across business units, without a unified control plane. The agent or model under scope carries enough downside, regulatory, financial, reputational, that the operator needs a defensible answer to the before-execution question on every material action. Reign Platform is the runtime control plane that makes that answer available, continuously, by construction.

Reign operates continuously in production. At runtime, before material agent actions, as exceptions occur, and as outcomes are observed. Nothing about this tier is scheduled or periodic. The assurance signal is live.

Stage coverage on the Autonomy Assurance Maturity Model

Platform sits at Levels 2 and 3. Level 2 is bounded pilots, where AI is in production for a narrow workflow under tight human oversight. Level 3 is controlled production, where AI runs against a wider surface with policy enforcement at the call layer and tamper-evident records of every action.

Where this tier sits in the funnel

Platform Rollout is Stage 4 of the engagement funnel.

The funnel has four stages. Executive Assurance Briefing, Runtime Risk and Governance Assessment, Focused Pilot, and Platform Rollout. Briefing scopes the question. Assessment scopes the surface area. Pilot proves the runtime evidence at a fixed scope. Platform is where Reign goes into steady-state production. What follows is what the rollout looks like once Pilot is signed off, and how the partnership operates.

    The practice you buy

The annual subscription scopes an iTmethods operating partner team to the deployment, sized to the customer's footprint and the workflow surface that goes live in the first ninety days. The operating partnership is the practice, not a service add-on, and it is what the subscription pays for.

What the operating partner team does

iTmethods supports the customer's team in installing Reign Platform inside the customer's environment, instrumenting the first workflows behind the gateway, authoring the initial policy set with the customer's risk and audit teams, and walking the operator console into production use.

    Cadence

Evidence delivery starts the day the gateway is in path. The cadence is weekly during the pilot, then steady-state on a quarterly review cycle once Platform is established. Reign operates continuously in production.

The pilot path, step by step
    1. Scoping call with iTmethods

We map the workflow that goes behind the gateway first, the agents and models in scope, and the operator team that will run the console.

    2. Frameworks identified

We agree the regulatory frameworks that apply. SR 26-2, OSFI E-23, EU AI Act, FDA PCCP, DORA, FINOS AIGF.

    3. Success criteria agreed

We write down what evidence the pilot needs to produce, who needs to act on it, and how the outcome will be judged.

    4. Charter signed, operating partner team in motion

The iTmethods operating partner team is in motion the same week. Evidence delivery starts the day the gateway is in path.

Reign does not replace enterprise governance, legal review, model risk management, or audit. It gives those functions runtime evidence, exception visibility, and continuous assurance signals they can act on.
