Reign Factory and Reign Gateway are available today

TORONTO AND AUSTIN, October 27, 2026. iTmethods today announced that Reign Factory and Reign Gateway are available, alongside Reign Ops, which has operated engineering platforms for regulated enterprises for two decades.

Reign Factory: tickets in, pull requests out

You write the tickets. AI agents pick up each one and return a tested pull request through the delivery process you already have. Your reviewers approve every merge.

It fits the SDLC you already run

    • Your source control, pipeline and approval policy stay where they are.
    • It works with GitHub, GitLab, Jira and Linear, and custom integrations are available. Tickets come in from your tracker and pull requests go out to your repository.
    • Your CI/CD runs on every change, and the agents run your checks and fix failures before a pull request opens.
    • Your models, on your own accounts and keys. You can swap models without changing how the work is governed.
    • It runs in a single-tenant instance in your AWS or Azure account, or on Reign Dedicated.

It is managed, so your team does not build or run a factory

    • Reign and iTmethods engineers run, monitor and upgrade the service 24×7, and configure the agents, models, checks and stop rules.
    • Our engineers work alongside your team and coach it.
    • Your team writes and prioritizes the tickets, sets the rules and classes of work, reviews and approves every merge, and releases through its own process.
    • One subscription per delivery process. It includes a supervisor with five AI workers, 24×7 operation and engineer hours. Add workers in packs of five as the work grows.

    The first 90 days

    • Days 1 to 30: connect your tracker, repository and checks, set the rules, and put the first pull requests in front of your reviewers.
    • Days 31 to 60: configured workflows run every day while engineers tune the rules with your team.
    • Days 61 to 90: a first health check compares delivery speed and rework with your own baseline, plus model cost per merged change.
    • It begins with one piece of work you want to advance, in a 30-minute delivery briefing.

Reign Gateway: one governed path to the models your teams use

Identity, policy and spend limits apply to each call, and a record of each call is kept in storage you own. Agents never hold the provider or tool keys.

Reign Ops: the platforms you deliver on, operated for you

Source control, pipelines and tooling, dedicated and single-tenant, run 24×7.

    Where it runs

On Reign Dedicated or in your own AWS or Azure account. Every deployment is single-tenant. Air-gapped and sovereign deployment are supported. See deployment.
