Reign Engagement · Stage 3 of 4 · Focused Pilot

One agent. One workflow. One set of high-risk actions. Ninety days.

The Focused Pilot is the third stage of engagement. It follows the Executive Assurance Briefing and the Runtime Risk and Governance Assessment, both of which scope and qualify the pilot before commitment.

If you have not yet done a briefing, schedule one here. It is the cleanest path in.

Being hardened with a small set of Tier 1 design partners through 2026. Limited intake. Ninety-day pilots. Audit-grade evidence. The output is a continuous assurance posture running in your environment and an audit-grade evidence chain attached to it.

    What the pilot proves

The pilot proves four things, in order.

    1. Reign can intercept and govern high-risk agent actions before execution.

The before-execution question is answered live, at the runtime layer, on every material action in scope.

    2. Reign can produce audit-ready evidence as a byproduct of runtime.

Records are captured contemporaneously, signed, hash-chained, and assembled into framework-mapped artifacts on demand.

    3. Reign can show whether the agent-enabled process produced the intended business outcome within acceptable residual risk.

The after-execution question is answered against the business objective, the controls, and the risk tolerance the agent was operating under.

    4. Reign can give executives visibility into what was allowed, blocked, escalated, completed, and evidenced.

One assurance surface that rolls up to agent, process, and enterprise-risk comfort levels, so every executive role can answer the question their seat puts to them.

    How a Reign pilot runs

    Six steps. Ninety days.

The pilot scope is deliberately narrow so the work is real. Pick the agent or workflow with the highest current exposure to your Chief Risk Officer, CISO, CAE, or General Counsel. Instrument it end to end. Walk away with audit-grade evidence and a plan for the rest of the estate.

    1. Scope.

Select one autonomous business process and the high-risk actions inside it.

    2. Instrument.

Wire Reign to the agent, the tools, and the systems of record.

    3. Authorize.

Define the before-execution policy. Capture reasoning at decision time.

    4. Verify.

Define the after-execution outcome check. Capture evidence at action time.

    5. Evidence.

Produce audit-grade records for every decision, exception, and outcome.

    6. Expand.

Move to the next agent, the next workflow, the next set of actions.

Ninety days from scope to verified outcomes. Audit-grade evidence in week one.

    What we ask of you
    • Executive sponsorship and decision-maker access across legal, risk, and engineering.
    • One agent, one workflow, one set of high-risk tool or API actions, already in production or about to be.
    • A regulator surface that gives the ninety-day scope its forcing function.
    • Capacity to host Reign Platform in your VPC or on-prem environment. We do not custody your models or your data.
    • Workshop time and SME availability across the three lines of defense during the ninety days.

The pilot is delivered by a named principal engineer and a small pod from the Reign and Forge practices, sized to the engagement. Same face from scoping call to day ninety. There is no platform cost during the ninety-day pilot. The engagement converts to a Reign Continuous annual subscription on cohort close, on terms documented in the engagement charter from day one.
