# iTmethods Last updated: 2026-09-09 > iTmethods delivers Continuous Agentic Assurance for AI-enabled work in regulated enterprises. Four motions, at four different stages of maturity. Reign Ops operates the engineering toolchain. Reign Factory builds governed software delivery. Reign Gateway governs model access. Reign Assurance prepares the record. The stage is stated every time, because the stage matters more than the description. ## Status, first This section is the ceiling on everything below it. Where any other page or document reads as more confident than this, this is correct. - **Reign Ops — Available today.** iTmethods operates the engineering tools and platforms agreed for the service. - **Reign Factory — Available · Beta Release.** It accelerates eligible, well-specified software work through the customer's existing delivery process. - **Reign Gateway — Available today.** It governs model and tool interactions through a dedicated single-tenant instance. - **Reign Assurance — Co-design development.** It connects requirements to checks, results and evidence for AI-enabled work. Reign Assurance does not certify, does not attest, does not issue an audit opinion and does not provide independent assurance, in any tense. Reign prepares; people decide. ## The four motions - **Reign Ops**. The managed engineering toolchain and the open source estate, run as a single-tenant dedicated instance, to the customer's change control. Source, CI, artifacts, scanning and the rest of the toolchain operated as one estate on one upgrade calendar. URL: https://itmethods.com/ops - **Reign Factory**. AI-enabled engineering work that would arrive as a merge request in the customer's own repository, under their branch rules and review policy. It does not merge, does not release and does not decide what ships. A named person holds the gate. URL: https://itmethods.com/factory - **Reign Gateway**. The path model calls take. Identity, policy and a record before a provider is reached, so the use of a model is a governed event rather than an unobserved one. URL: https://itmethods.com/gateway - **Reign Assurance**. The evidence a reviewer needs, organised into a form they can work through. It assembles evidence; the risk function reaches the conclusion. Two deployment models are available today: a dedicated instance in infrastructure iTmethods operates or the same instance in the customer's own AWS or Azure account. Air-gapped and sovereign deployment are supported. Google Cloud is planned for 2027. The deployment record defines the infrastructure, data boundary, administrative access and operating responsibilities. It is agreed in writing before deployment. URL: https://itmethods.com/deployment ## What we measure, and what we do not claim The only figures we publish about this way of working are our own, measured on our own engineering between 11 July and 11 August 2026 in GitLab, across eight of our own repositories: 326 merge requests merged, a median of 19 hours from open to merge, and 326 of 326 merged with a recorded approval from a named iTmethods engineer. The sample is narrow: internal environment only, a two-person team, merged merge requests only. Requests opened in the window and closed, abandoned or still open are outside it, and that count is not published, so 326 is a volume rather than a success rate. It is a dated sample, not a trend. It is not a customer result, and we do not present it as one. What Reign carries is the operating record those obligations are assessed against; the determination belongs to the customer's own functions. - EU AI Act — https://itmethods.com/regulatory/eu-ai-act - NIST AI RMF 1.0 and the GenAI Profile — https://itmethods.com/regulatory/nist-ai-rmf - OSFI E-23, in force 1 May 2027 — https://itmethods.com/regulatory/osfi-e23 - SR 26-2, model risk — https://itmethods.com/regulatory/model-risk-validation iTmethods holds a SOC 2 Type II attestation for Reign Ops. A membership is a subscription and a seat in a community. It is not a certification, an approval, or a review of anything iTmethods builds. ## Engagement A briefing is a working conversation about a specific population of work and what governing it would require.
